1 Bedroom • 1 Bathroom 1 Bath • Sleeps 2-4Welcome to Kihei Bay Vista! It's the perfect location to enjoy Maui's south shore while enjoying lots of relaxation between adventures! Enjoy sunsets from your private lanai, or pour a frosty beverage, head down to the sand and enjoy it on the beach!

The complex is peaceful and quiet, yet near plenty of activity when you're ready to explore!
Note: The condo is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator in the building.
Bed & Bath
The condo can comfortably sleep 4 people. There's a plush king bed in the bedroom and a queen size pullout sofa in the living room. There's plenty of closet space so you can fully unpack and enjoy your Maui experience!
Full bathroom has a walk-in glass and tile shower.
Kitchen & Dining
There's a full kitchen with all the basic cookware items for a great island feast! Pick up some local veggies at the Farmers' Market of Maui, just up the road in North Kihei, and some locally caught fish or burgers! There's a dining table in the condo and another table and chairs on the lanai.
If you prefer to grill your dinner, head to the community BBQ and picnic area in the complex! Make some friends and dine poolside while enjoying the island breeze.
Indoors
AC units in the living room and bedroom keep your space comfortably cool after a day in the Maui sun. There are Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room, so you can keep up with your favorite shows on vacation! There's also a washer and dryer inside the unit, so your clothes and swim gear will stay nice and fresh. We supply beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay.
Outdoors: The Lanai
Relax on the lanai with a cup of coffee to start your day! Right across from the water so you can enjoy the view, ocean breeze and birdsongs!
The Property
Kihei Bay Vista is a quiet, peaceful boutique complex, with just 60 units on the property. It's directly across from Kalepolepo Beach Park, a great spot for spotting sea turtles and kite surfers, as well as South Maui's famous stunning sunsets. Or just relax by the pool and hot tub if you're needing time to unwind! The property is beautifully landscaped with tropical plant life and also features a great BBQ pavilion where you can spend time relaxing and enjoying a grilled lunch or dinner.
The Area: Dining and Activities
You’re right in the heart of Kihei’s fun bustling energy, so enjoy! Nalu’s is our favorite breakfast spot and is just a mile down the road, Isana is an incredible sushi restaurant within walking distance, and Paia Fish Market’s Kihei location makes a fantastic lunch. The freshest fish in every style you can think of! There’s also tasty sushi at Miso Phat and phenomenal burgers at Cool Cat Cafe. For delicious sandwiches and salads to take to the beach, grab to-go from 808 Deli. If you’re here on a Tuesday, hit Fred’s Mexican Cafe for Taco Tuesday! And right upstairs is Moose McGillicuddy’s if you want to watch sports with an ocean view!
South Maui Gardens is also one of our top recommendations. Go for the endless amazing food truck options, stay for the beautiful plant nursery, local boutique shops, free live music some evenings, and an artisan market every Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM!
On Saturdays from 8 to noon, go to the Ko Mahi'ai Makeke market in Kukui Mall in Kihei for some great locally made crafts! Perfect one of a kind gifts to take home to friends & family!
For activities, you’ll have your choice of golf courses within 10 minutes in either direction. Ma’alaea Harbor is 15 minutes away for a variety of sailing, snorkel tours, scuba diving tours, whale watches, and fishing excursions. While you’re there, visit Maui Ocean Center, our beautiful aquarium!
For full-day adventures, book a trip to Haleakala to bike down the volcano, explore the bohemian North Shore town of Paia and check out the surfers and turtles at Ho'okipa Beach Park, or take a drive on the famous Road to Hana (just leave early)!
There are also several luaus in the area, as well as zipline courses and ATV tours if you don’t mind a little drive. For specific recommendations, we’re happy to help!
Unit comes with a Vacation Starter Kit: Includes Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Tabs, Hairdryer, Iron & a Starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Soap. Safeway, Foodland and ABC Store are great for any items you forgot at home, or for restocking!
Cleaning is done before and after your stay, but if you’d like to add on additional cleaning service during your stay as well, that can be arranged! Just let us know!
