Bedrooms & Baths

The condo sleeps 4 comfortably, with a plush king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the spacious living room. Closet and drawer space in the bedroom so you can unpack and settle in for your Maui escape!

The bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a walk-in tile and stone shower for spa-like feel.

Kitchen & Dining

The condo has a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, perfect for stirring up an island feast! Fresh locally caught fish, veggies from the farmers’ market, or just afternoon snacks after the beach!

As another great option, there is a community BBQ pavilion in the complex that you can use anytime to grill up steaks or burgers, with plenty of tables and chairs to have meals if you like. There’s also casual seating in the condo: bar stools at the kitchen bar, or a small table outside on the lanai.

Indoors

The unit is spacious, comfortable and beautifully updated, with fresh new furnishings, polished concrete floors, and a wooden kitchen countertop. After a full day of adventure, come home to an air-conditioned living room featuring free Wi-Fi and a cozy, home-like vibe. The bedroom does not have AC, but its cool concrete floors and refreshing cross-breeze help maintain a comfortable sleeping environment.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We also supply beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay.

Outdoors: The Lanai

The ground-floor unit has a great indoor-outdoor feel! The lanai is the perfect place to relax with coffee in the morning before you head out for the day, or to relax at night when you’re winding down.

The Property

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub! Lush tropical landscaping and the spacious BBQ pavilion make this your perfect Maui home away from home!

The Area: Dining and Activities

You’re right in the heart of Kihei’s fun bustling energy, so enjoy! Nalu’s is our favorite breakspot and is right around the corner, and Paia Fish Market’s Kihei location makes a fantastic lunch. The freshest fish in every style you can think of! There’s also tasty sushi at Miso Phat and phenomenal burgers at Cool Cat Cafe. If you’re here on a Tuesday, hit Fred’s Mexican Cafe for Taco Tuesday! And right upstairs is Moose McGillicuddy’s if you want to watch sports with an ocean view!

For activities, you’ll have your choice of golf courses within 10 minutes in either direction. Ma’alaea Harbor is 15 minutes away for a variety of sailing, snorkel tours, scuba diving tours, whale watches, and fishing excursions. While you’re there, visit Maui Ocean Center, our beautiful aquarium!

For full-day adventures, book a trip to Haleakala to bike down the volcano, or take a drive on the famous Road to Hana (just leave early)!

There are also several luaus in the area, as well as zipline courses and ATV tours if you don’t mind a little drive. For specific recommendations, we’re happy to help!

Unit comes with a Vacation Starter Kit: Includes Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Tabs, Hairdryer, Iron & a Starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Soap. Safeway, Foodland and ABC Store are great for any items you forgot at home, or for restocking!

Cleaning is done before and after your stay, but if you’d like to add on additional cleaning service during your stay as well, that can be arranged! Just let us know!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
