This location is perfect for unwinding while still being close to all the excitement Maui has to offer. Just a short drive brings you to beautiful Wailea, known for its upscale dining and shopping. A walk along South Kihei Road leads to a variety of local restaurants, shave ice spots, and charming souvenir markets.

If you're up for a longer adventure, take your rental car to Paia on the north shore and spend the day exploring its bohemian shops and enjoying some great people-watching. Or 15 minutes away is Ma’alaea Harbor, home to all kinds of snorkel and sunset boat tours, fishing charters and whale watching in season! It’s also the location of our beautiful aquarium, The Maui Ocean Center.

Bedrooms & Baths

The condo sleeps 4 comfortably, with a plush king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the spacious living room. The bedroom has its own private lanai. Bonus: Wake up to an ocean view if you are sleeping on the sofa bed!

The two full bathrooms are both bright and modern with stand-up glass and tile showers. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your stay.

There’s plenty of drawer space in the bedroom so you can settle in, unpack and relax for your full stay on Maui’s south coast!

Kitchen & Dining

The condo has a full kitchen with spacious countertops and is stocked with all the cookware basics you need to stir up some fresh veggies from the farmers’ market, locally caught fish, or afternoon snacks after the beach!

As another great option, there is a community BBQ area in the complex that you can use anytime to grill up steaks or burgers. 4 person dining table in the condo plus bar stool seating, and another table and chairs outside on the lanai.

Indoors

The condo is nice and spacious, with plentiful space for a family or two couples to have lots of comfortable downtime between adventures! Comfy seating inside and out so you can kick up your feet and read a book. Super fast high speed internet and wi-fi. 2 high definition TVs with cable and Rokus to login to your favorite streaming platforms.
There are AC units in the living area and bedroom to keep it nice and cool after long days in the Maui sun.

There are a washer and dryer in the unit. We also supply beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay.

Outdoors: The Lanai

Mornings and evenings become unforgettable moments on your stunning ocean-view lanai. Take time to relax with your favorite drink as you gaze out at the breathtaking ocean stretching to the horizon. Surrounded by lush tropical beauty and accompanied by the gentle sounds of birds, the peaceful atmosphere makes every moment feel even more special.

The Property

Enjoy a cool, refreshing dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub and sauna after a long fun day! The BBQ area is perfect if you want to grill some steaks or fish. Tennis courts are a fun option as well, if you’re not too relaxed from your day in the Maui sun!

NOTE: This property charges a one-time resort fee of $30 per stay.

The Area: Dining and Activities

You’re right in the heart of Kihei’s fun bustling energy, so enjoy! Kihei Caffe’s two nearby locations are perfect for breakfast, and Paia Fish Market’s Kihei location makes a fantastic lunch. The freshest fish in every style you can think of! There’s also tasty sushi at Miso Phat and phenomenal burgers at Cool Cat Cafe. If you’re here on a Tuesday, hit Fred’s Mexican Cafe for Taco Tuesday! And right upstairs is Moose McGillicuddy’s if you want to watch sports with an ocean view!

For activities, you’ll have your choice of golf courses within 10 minutes in either direction. Ma’alaea Harbor is 15 minutes away for a variety of sailing, snorkel tours, scuba diving tours, whale watches, and fishing excursions. While you’re there, visit Maui Ocean Center, our beautiful aquarium! Or for a different type of adventure, take your rental car to Paia on the north shore for a bohemian day browsing unique stores and people watching!

Bedrooms & Baths

For full-day adventures, book a trip to Haleakala to bike down the volcano, or take a drive on the famous Road to Hana (just leave early)!

There are also several luaus in the area, as well as zipline courses and ATV tours if you don’t mind a little drive. For specific recommendations, we’re happy to help!

Unit comes with a Vacation Starter Kit: Includes Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Tabs, Hairdryer, Iron & a Starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Soap. Safeway, Foodland and ABC Store are great for any items you forgot at home, or for restocking!

Cleaning is done before and after your stay, but if you’d like to add on additional cleaning service during your stay as well, that can be arranged! Just let us know!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
